Being Others Minded

…the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God (Acts 20:24).

If your gift is serving others, serve them well… If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging… if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly (Romans 12:7-8).

Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them (Romans 12:9).

We should help others do what is right and build them up in the Lord (Romans 15:2).

Don’t be concerned for your own good but for the good of others (1 Corinthians 10:24).

I don’t just do what is best for me; I do what is best for others so that many may be saved (1 Corinthians 10:33).


One who prophesies strengthens others, encourages them, and comforts them (1 Corinthians 14:3).

He comforts us… so that we can comfort others (2 Corinthians 1:4).

We work hard to persuade others (2 Corinthians 5:11).

We give spiritual riches to others (2 Corinthians 6:10).

Through love serve one another (Galatians 5:13).

Share each other’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).

Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love (Ephesians 4:2).

Give generously to others in need (Ephesians 4:28).

Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too (Philippians 2:3-4).

…the love for others that the Holy Spirit has given you (Colossians 1:8).

Make allowance for each other’s faults… you must forgive others (Colossians 3:13).

Therefore comfort each other and edify one another (1 Thessalonians 5:11)

…always being ready to share with others (1 Timothy 6:18).

Do good by meeting the urgent needs of others (Titus 3:14).

Keep on loving others as long as life lasts (Hebrews 6:11).

But the wisdom from above is… willing to yield to others (James 3:17).

You can show others the goodness of God (1 Peter 2:9).

…the gift of helping others (1 Peter 4:12).

Show mercy to still others (Jude 23).
