- I want to express my thoughts about your book, Life After Death. It is, in my opinion, the most comprehensive and encouraging book I have ever read concerning this subject. I give one to every family that I conduct a memorial service for and the response has been very encouraging. So many have been programmed to believe the traditional ideas about the passing of a loved one. Your book brings life in the midst of death. It encourages those who have suffered loss to look beyond the tragedy. It helps them take

- The book, “Life After Death,” become our evening devotional the last two months of my husband’s life. We had completed reading the book just a week prior to my husband’s 4th and 5th strokes causing his death on Sunday, January 11, 2004. My husband of almost 50 years referred to his three strokes as “wake up calls.” Our motto became, “M.T.C.” Make Today Count!
Being a believer, Bob was not afraid of death but after his 3rd stroke, we started talking more and more about death and reading more to prepared for the earthly separation we were likely to face. The contents of “Life After Death” were most helpful. The phrase “death is not termination but transition” seemed to stabilize and re-assure him of what he already knew and believed.
I highly recommend this book for anyone facing the loss of a loved one. Reading the many scriptures that were listed and the New Testament Proof of the Resurrection were such a blessing.
- I am writing to you and let you know that my brother recently passed away. I have peace in knowing that he is with The Lord. I want you to know that your book has been very helpful to me in helping me to deal with the loss of my brother. I also gave my brother’s widow a copy of your book in hopes that it will help her as well in her time of grief.

- Last year I purchased your book LIFE AFTER DEATH. It has been a great help to me in preparing funeral services of loved ones in our church. As you well know, Pastors are often called upon to speak at the memorial services of people they may never have known. I recently had such an opportunity. After ministering in an assisted living community for several months, I was asked to do the funeral services of Ms. Charlotte A. Benkner. Charlotte was the oldest person in America at the time of her death and second oldest in the world (see enclosed newspaper article). During the service I had the opportunity to share the reality of life after death with attending friends and family. Your book greatly helped me in preparing my message and comforting them in their loss.

- Thank you for writing the book – Life After Death. It spoke volumes to me. It has been almost five years now since my husband’s passing… and yes, I felt he was too young to die. For seven years he fought so bravely against a terrible illness. Having witnessed the challenges my husband was faced with, it so overwhelmed me, and there were many times we felt fallen and bent beneath the load of daily living… a hard and difficult place to be. I felt traumatized by what was happening to him, and yes, as a Christian I felt inept. Our communication now gone, the security of his presence and love never to return, I feel captured in a lonely environment. - When my wife died last year, some dear friends of mine sent me your book, Life After Death, and it was just what I needed. There are no support groups in my town for older widowers, so I was sort of on my own. My wife and I had been together for nearly 60 years and she died unexpectedly, so it was really rough for me. Not only has your book helped me through the grieving process, but it has also shown me how I can help others as they go through the same thing. I am working with the counseling pastor at my church to expand the grief support ministry there thanks to your book.
